5) What is the sample rule?

For stock item, you just need to pay the freight cost, but for ordered item, you need to pay the related process cost and freight cost. Ordered sample's lead time is 5-7days after payment. Sample charge will be refunded on identified quantity of mass orders.

6) What is the leadtime of mass production?

 Normally 15-25 days depand on quantity and raw material stock

7) What's the payment term?

Normally 30% start payment, 70% balance after inspection but must be finished before shipment.

8) How many payment options can I have?

T/T, Western Union, Alipay,etc.

9) Where are nearest ports to you?
